BCEC joined 22 other organizations, that collectively deliver energy efficiency to millions of Canadians, to urge Bill Morneau, Minister of Finance, to introduce a government-led energy efficiency financing platform in the 2019 budget.

The letter, organized by Efficiency Canada, sets out the goal to create investments that “crowd in” private sector finance, leveraging their investments to achieve significant energy savings for our homes and businesses.
