Summer is a downtime for many, but it is high time for solar!

The energy produced from the roof on June 21st, Summer Solstice

The new live data feed has given us some great data on the performance of the roof on the longest day of the year, June 21st, the Summer Solstice. It was a brilliantly sunny day and the roof generated 489kWh of power earning $169 from Ontario’s Feed In Tariff program.

But it wasn’t the sunniest or our best day of the year so far. That award goes to June 14th when the panels generated 514kWh!

You can do your own analysis of the roof’s performance on any day of the year by clicking here and selecting the “Analysis” tab.
